These have been laser cut from wood and the image sublimated on them. If you chose earrings, chose either clip-on or ear wires. Measurements: Each one is 2" tall and about 1-3/4" wide. Our process begins with precise laser cutting of custom shapes from a 3mm sublimation-coated hardboard. The image is then meticulously sublimated onto the custom shape. This process creates a superior end product. Unlike a regular printed image that merely adheres to the surface, our creations undergo a transformative process. Printed on a sublimation printer, the image is heat transferred onto the surface. This heat-induced transformation turns the sublimation inks into a gas, which is then absorbed by the material. The result is a permanent, vibrant print that becomes part of the substrate, ensuring it won’t fade or crack over time.
