Our process begins with precise laser cutting of custom shapes from 1/8" sublimation coated 1/8" hardboard. The image is then meticulously sublimated onto the custom shape. This process creates a superior end product. Unlike a regular printed image that is merely adhered to the surface, our creations undergo a transformative process. Printed on a sublimation printer, the image is heat transferred onto the surface. This heat-induced transformation turns the sublimation inks into a gas, which is then absorbed by the material. The result is a permanent, vibrant print that becomes part of the substrate, ensuring it won’t fade or crack over time.
